I've checked the date and time settings on my PC and they are correct. I added a couple of columns (Date Taken and Date Created) and almost immediately noticed that the Date Created values are exactly 12 hours earlier than the date and time the photos were taken. While trying to find out why some appeared to be missing, I opened File Explorer to have a look in the Pictures folder. I have recently downloaded all my phone photos from Google Photos so that I can see them all in my PC's Photos app. your image files contain GPS data you can add the name of the city and the country where the picture was taken. Photos and videos taken using my phone are automatically uploaded to Google Photos. It has two camera apps which I use interchangeably: the native one, and Camera MX.
